Betty Golay, Des Moines Christian School             

• Started as bus driver in 1977.  Still driving and loving kids.
• Elected to IPTA board in July 1997 and continue through present year.
• Appointed Board Secretary in July 1998
• Presently serving on board as Recording Secretary

I feel it a privilege to have the opportunity to serve IPTA as a representative from a non-public school.  We have always received assistance, training and support from IPTA.  It is our turn to serve.

It is so important to have as many transportation personnel involved in consistent training, communication and coordination activities around the state of Iowa.  IPTA serves this purpose in providing safe transportation for our students.  Wish to continue to be a part of this endeavor.
