Julie D. Nemmers

I am the Director of Transportation at Spencer Community Schools and have held this position for eleven years. I am the past President of the IPTA​​​​​​​.  I take​​​​​​e great pride in being a hands-on member of the board. I believe it is a terrific way to learn about and promote the safe transportation of our Iowa school kids.  My husband Mark and I have four grown children, two grandsons and one granddaughter. We enjoy following our Spencer Tigers and the Iowa Hawkeyes.
