2024 Exhibitors Trade-Show Registration

This registration is for exhibitors that wish to participate in our July 16, 2024, Trade Show.  The conference will be held on July 15th, 16th, & 17th at the Airport Holiday Inn and Conference Center, 611 Fleur Drive, Des Moines, Iowa.

It is understood that every modern company needs to accept credit card payments. The IPTA accepts Visa, MasterCard and Discover, we have been covering the processing fees for you, to help us minimize these fees please consider paying by check when possible. 

The standard fee for registration is $600.00 for an 8 X10' booth, table, 2 chairs, Wi-Fi and electricity if needed.  If you desire a second booth the additional cost is $330.00. 

To have a School Bus displayed outside or inside the Iowa Hall Showroom the fee is $800.00 for the first bus, and $1,000.00 for the second bus.  

The trade show booth set up can be the night before from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. on July 15, 2024. or from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. on July 16, 2024. 

Please make sure that you list every member of your company's team or organization members under the booth worker's question. Every person needs a printed name tag for security and for an accurate meal count. 

With booth rental your company is also added to our IPTA Sustaining membership list for one year and that includes receiving our IPTA Quarterly Newsletter, access to our member website and you will be listed on the majority of our IPTA publications and in every IPTA newsletter.  We feel that there is a lot of value for participating and becoming a sustaining member of the Iowa Pupil Transportation Association.

Breakout rooms are nice for small group gatherings. (There are a limited number of rooms (4) available at $200.00 per room) If you would like a breakout room it is on a first come, first-serve basis. Call 712-830-3242, for availability before registering.
