2026 Exhibitors Trade-Show Registration

Location: Des Moines, Iowa

This registration is for exhibitors that wish to participate in our July 21, 2026, Trade Show.  The conference will be held on July 20-22 at the Airport Holiday Inn and Conference Center, 611 Fleur Drive, Des Moines, Iowa.

The IPTA accepts Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. All credit card transactions are subject to a 3.5% processing fee.

The standard fee for registration is $600.00 for an 8 X10' booth, table, 2 chairs, Wi-Fi and electricity if needed.  If you desire a second booth the additional cost is $330.00. 

To have a School Bus displayed outside or inside the Iowa Hall Showroom the fee is $800.00 for the first bus, and $1,000.00 for the second bus.  

The trade show booth set up can be the night before from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. on July 20, 2026. or from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. on July 21, 2026. 

Please make sure that you list every member of your company's team or organization members under the booth worker's question. Every person needs a printed name tag for security and for an accurate meal count. 

With booth rental your company is also added to our IPTA Sustaining membership list for one year and that includes receiving our IPTA Quarterly Newsletter, access to our member website and you will be listed on the majority of our IPTA publications and in every IPTA newsletter.  We feel that there is a lot of value for participating and becoming a sustaining member of the Iowa Pupil Transportation Association.

Breakout rooms are nice for small group gatherings. (There are a limited number of rooms (4) available at $200.00 per room) If you would like a breakout room it is on a first come, first-serve basis. e-mail David@4ipta.org for availability before registering.

Please list any additional individuals that will be working you booth. Please type, first and last name, for IPTA name tags that will provide them access into the conference trade show area. Please list each one on a separate line: If only the person registering the booth is working it alone simply type: "None". Names can be changed up until July 1, 2025

Please place a check in the box if you are interested in becoming a Platinum, Premier, Partner or Supporter Sponsor partner of the IPTA. These four levels of sponsorship can bring more exposure and promote your company’s products and services in the conference program, at scheduled conference events and in all eight IPTA newsletters. This sponsorship is optional, however it does assist our organization greatly with the funding for morning breakfasts, luncheons, breaks, evening dinners during the conference. It also funds the guest presenter’s expenses, conference notebooks, promotional pens, attendee bags, conference flash drives and other conference materials, etc. If you have questions please contact David Johnson at 712-830-3242. It is best that you contact us before registering to see if there is a room available. You will be notified at that time if your reservation can be granted.
