2026 IPTA Regional Meeting Registration

IPTA Regional Meetings will be held at nine (9) locations around the State of Iowa, from March 30th through April 15, 2026. We are coming to a community near you. Please sign up today to choose the location that is the most convenient for you and your team.

This registration form is for those District school personnel wishing to register for the 2026 IPTA Regional Meetings.

Regional Meeting Dates and Locations: 

March 30 - Maquoketa  

March 31 - Cedar Rapids 

April 1-  Wellman 

April 7 -  Mason City

April 8 - Spencer

April 9  - Fort Dodge 

April 13 - Denison

April 14- Red Oak

April 15 - West Des Moines

IPTA Member Districts - Sign up for the meeting location of your choice. (No Charge)

Non-IPTA Members are also welcome and encouraged to attend at a registration fee of $50.00 per person. Non-member Districts that choose to join the IPTA for the 2025-2026 school year would have their IPTA membership discounted by $50.00 for the first year, the cost of the regional meeting registration fee. 

All meeting sessions will be held from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and include lunch. 

Note: Each date will be limited to 50 Attendees

Sign up early at www.4ipta.org so we can make arrangements with vendors for the luncheon. Registration opens January 2026. There is limited space at some locations.
