2026 IPTA Summer Conference Attendee Registration

This registration form is for those District personnel wishing to register for the 2026  Annual IPTA School Transportation Summer Conference and Trade Show.

The conference will be held on July 20-22 at the Airport Holiday Inn and Conference Center, 611 Fleur Drive, Des Moines, Iowa.

The IPTA has an outstanding lineup of presenters and companies ready to provide everyone with valuable transportation-related information on new products, laws, rules, regulations, and best practices. The last day is geared toward Transportation Directors and School Bus Drivers.  This would be a great day to have school bus drivers from your district attend some outstanding one-day training. Bring several drivers from your district so they can take it back and teach this valuable student safety training information to the rest of your driving staff.

The IPTA accepts Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. All credit cards are subject to a 3.5% processing fee. Payment by check avoids this fee
