Exhibitor Booth Registration 

This is Iowa’s Largest Tradeshow displaying over 50 exhibitor's booths, with full-size school buses also on display.

This registration is for vendor exhibitors who wish to participate in our July 21 2026, Trade Show. The trade show booth setup can be the night before from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. on July 20, 2025. or from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. on July 15, 2025. Please make sure that you list every member of your company's team or organization members under the booth worker's question. Every person needs a printed name tag for security and an accurate meal count. 

If you are interested in optional sponsorship by becoming a Platinum, Premier, Parter, Iowa Pupil Transportation Association sponsor, please indicate it during sign-up, or contact David Johnson at 712-830-3242 for more information. 

The conference will be held on July 20-22 2026, at the Airport Holiday Inn and Conference Center, 611 Fleur Drive, Des Moines, Iowa.
